Are you an Early Childhood Teacher who feels restricted by rigid routines? Our client, a highly respected and WA-owned/operated provider, is looking for a passionate educator to join their beautiful, purpose-built service in Seville Grove.
This isn’t just another childcare role. Our client is deeply committed to the Reggio Emilia and Froebel philosophies, providing an environment where children lead the way and educators are treated as true professionals. If you believe in nature-based learning and fostering genuine curiosity, this is the team you’ve been looking for.
Philosophy in Practice: They don't just put "nature-based" on a flyer; they live it. The environment is designed to be the "third teacher."
Local Heart: Being WA-owned, decisions are made locally with a focus on quality and community rather than corporate bottom lines.
Professional Respect: You will be part of a culture that values Respect, Connection, and Growth, where your pedagogical voice is heard.
As the ECT, you will be the heartbeat of the classroom. Your day-to-day will involve:
Developing and implementing high-quality, nature-based programs aligned with the EYLF.
Mentoring junior staff and collaborating with a high-performing team of educators.
Building deep, trust-based relationships with families to support each child’s unique journey.
Ensuring the service consistently meets and exceeds National Quality Standards (NQS).
To be successful for this role, you will need:
Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education (or an ACECQA-recognised equivalent).
Current WWCC and relevant state registrations.
A strong, demonstrable understanding of the EYLF and NQS.
A "hands-on" approach to learning—you aren't afraid to get messy in the name of discovery!
A nurturing, professional communication style.
Our client knows that great teachers are the backbone of their success. In return for your expertise, they offer:
Above-award salary packaging tailored to your experience.
Real career progression with ongoing professional development and leadership mentoring.
A beautiful workspace—purpose-built and designed to inspire both children and staff.
Work-life balance within a supportive and collaborative team culture.
